- Test Neutral. uVox Testing is completely independent of the content you use. Our test modeler can accurately model any type of psychometric, knowledge or aptitude test and their corresponding correction algorithms.

- Test integrity. The conditions under which a test is administered are an integral part of the test itself. uVox lets you control time, navigation, display and branching logic controls to accurately simulate the conditions under which the test should be administered.

- Complex correction algorithms. Generate raw scores or processed results. Define algorithms used to process results from different tests.

- Create and manage batteries of tests. Most assessment processes combine tests from different vendors. uVox lets you create any battery of tests. This provides your candidates with a single point of entry for all your tests and a much simpler process to manage for the test administrator.
