It consists of the following sections:

Participation rate . Indicates how many people have provided feedback per rater groups.

Results summary . This section illustrates for each evaluated competency the average response of every participant group. The subject can at a glimpse see at a high level, how his/her ratings compare to those given by the ratees and how the results compare to those of the other subjects. Optionally, this section can display normative information such as the normal distribution, median and range of responses obtained by the group of participants.

 

Strengths and development needs: shows the 3 highest and 3 lowest ratings on individual questions.

Detailed results. Provides detailed ratings for each competency. Also includes a rating designed to indicate how important the participants think the competency is, and optionally an indication of the standard deviation among respondents.

 

Comments. This section simply lists all the free-from comments provided by the participants.
