| uVox is made up of three basic modules to create, manager and administer online questionnaires: |

uVox Testing: This module is used to model any type of psychometric, ability or knowledge tests. uVox offers the capability to input questions using multimedia graphical and alphanumerical elements. Correction algorithms can be set up to automatically generate raw scores. The built-in statistical processing engine creates norms for raw score standardization. Finally, a full array of templates can be used and modified to create online and printable reports.
uVox 360 Feedback: Create your own 360 questionnaires to match with any competency or management practice model. A variety of assessment scales and answer types are available to the designer to create a graphically compelling output, which is a critical success factor. Also, the entire email invitation and reminder process is automatically managed with a configurable workflow engine. Finally, real-time reports can be securely generated online or printed.

uVox Survey: The uVox engine can easily manage very large survey groups. Any type of survey questionnaire, linear or conditional, can be modeled using uVox answer type libraries. The survey process can be designed for personalized or anonymous invitation with embedded password access. Finally, descriptive statistics can be generated as a summary analysis of response patterns.

Throughout the survey process, the project manager can view a user friendly control panel displaying key project metrics, alarms and statistics to help keep the projects on time and on-track.
